The tempo and height of terrorism attack or what could be said to be kidnapping incidents or banditry in the Northern part of the country is becoming so alarming particularly since the intervention of Trump last month.

Series of attacks had taken place in different parts of the Northern part of Nigeria bringing question of what actually was the effect of the outcome of the Trump’s intervention to end the Nigerian insurgency.

These attacks or number of people adopted from December to this January is so frightening that many are wondering what is really happening.

That also heightened the anxieties of the members of the National Youth Service Corp, NYSC and their immediate families all over as a result of the insurgence in the country.

This apprehension by the NYSC corp members and their families was after the Batch A (Stream 1) Orientation exercise began across the country, particularly in the states where these attacks are seviere.

The kidnap of 177 worshipers of Kumin Wali Community of Kajuri Local Government Area of Kanuna Staye last Sunday from three churches at a swoop, was another eye oper to these bandits are up to.

While the residents of Kaduna are yet to recover from the latest addiction of the 177 Worshipers ( though report has it that about 80 escaped from the kidnappers den), news flew in that these terrorists again attacked Nigeria State.

According to report, the incident which took place in the early hours of Sunday, February 1, 2026 in Agwara town, the headquarters of Agwara Local Government Area of Nigeria State, saw a police state and a church (United African Missionary Church, UAMC)s I’m set ablaze .

Also an unspecified number of worshipers were equally said to have been abducted too by the invading terrorists .

Funny enough, the terrorists were said to had also carted away food stuff and some essentials after ransacking the town.

This same community, Agwara was the same local government from where over 230 people were said to have been abducted last year. The victims, they said include teachers, pupils and students. The affected community was Papiri in Agwara LGA. Though they were later rescued.

But the question is, when shall we come out from this whole mess as a country?

Again, how can we handle the menace as a nation?

How, as a country, can we escape or haddoe this mess that have lingered for years?

We at News Emperor are suggesting that let the politicial, traditional and community leaders in the affected states open up. Let them make frantical effort because there is no way a thief from a strange land can manoeuver his ways into an unknown terrain without an insider.

The elders and religious leaders in those areas also should be sincere and expose those evil men in their communities, leaving the issue if religion aside.
By so doing, the this menace would be dealt with head long.
