RAMADAN: TRANSPORT MINISTER, SAMBO CALLS FOR PRAYERS FOR NIGERIA AS MUSILEM CELEBRATE

The Honourable Minister Of Transportation, Mu’azu Jaji Sambo has called on all Muslim faithful to use this period of their prayer to pray for Nigeria as they celebrate the holy month of Ramadan.
The minister made the call while sharing the Ramadan goodwill message recently. He however, urged other members of the public (Nigerians) to used this opportunity offered to them by Holy Month of Rsmadam to share love among themselves, especially with the less privileged, and pray for our dear Nation Nigeria.
According to the minister, “As we welcome the Holy month of Ramadan with hearts filled with peace and joy, may I extend warm wishes to my brothers and sisters in faith”.
The Hon. minister further added that:
“This is a month of fasting, prayers, penitence, self-reflection and prayers; particularly, prayers for our dear country Nigeria.
“Let us therefore in this Holy month deepen our devotion, extend our bond of fellowship and compassion to everyone around, particularly the less privileged in our communities. Let the love go round.
“May the Almighty Allah ease our adversity, shower us with love, peace, prosperity and joy. May we and ours be free from harm, may our homes be abodes of peace and ease. May our Nation be blessed, may Nigeria be prosperous. Welcome to Ramadan.” he said.
