Information recheaing our desk is saying that Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, the Chief Legal officer to Maxi Nnamdi Kanu and Dr. Emeka Offor of the American Veterans of Igbo Descent, AVID-USA, visited Mazi Nnamdi Kanu at the Sokoto Correctional Centre, according to updates circulated by Kanu’s legal team.

Ejimakor, according to reports, stated that the delegation arrived at Sokoto Airport and went directly to the facility for discussions with Kanu.

The meeting, News Emperor gathered, was purely reportedly covered Kanu’s welfare, his legal situation, and wider security and humanitarian issues linked to his continued detention.

Dr. Offor was identified in the report as a U.S. military veteran of Igbo descent and member of AVID-USA. His presence has drawn attention online, with supporters citing it as evidence of growing international interest in Kanu’s case.
