Hon Kingsley Dimaku has called on members of All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA within Okigwe zone to empower themselves by ensuring that they get their voter’s cards ready for the forthcoming general election in 2027.
He also asked them to make sure exercise their franchise voting in the right candidate who will there represents them well and also bring dividend of democracy to the people Okigwe South of Imo State.
Recall that Honourable Dimaku is currently gunning for a seat at the Federal House of Representatives to represent Okigwe South Federal Constituency under the popular All Progressive Grand Alliance,APGA come 2927 general election.
Honourable Dimaku who spoke while addressing party faithfuls in when the party officially opened its Okigwe zonal office recently.
The one-time Imo State House Assembly member (Dimaku), equally reminded the gathering that as a former lawmaker in Imo State House of Assembly, that he used his position then (between 2011 to 20215) and attracted Health Centres and a polythenic in Ehime Mbano.
“Between 2011 to 2015, I attracted Health Centres built in Ehime Mbano, I attracted a higher institution called a Campus of Imo Polythenic Ehime Mbano. I did a lot of other things.
He then urged the Okigwe people to support and vote for the right candidate who will give them real representation
“My brothers and sisters, I am pleading with you all to look carefully when you people will vote for the person who will represent our party and our people. And the person that will go and bring your own share of the devedend of democracy.
Dimaku then informed them to carry the message home and spread the information by educating their brothers, sisters, friends and relatives that the party that knows the way and what is on ground at the moment is APGA.
“What I am telling you now is to go and tell your brothers, your sisters, friends, relatives and everyone around you that that the party that knows the way and what is going on and where we are going is APGA. Everybody should go now and register in APGA.”
Hon Dimaku assured his audience that they are ready to go wrestle the power from them this time around. That nothing is happening.
However, he advised them to go and get their voter’s cards.
“That APGA will go APGA will go, is only possible when we have our voter’s cards. And when you go and get your voter’s cards. So go now, register and get your voter’s cards,” he pleaded.
As straightforward fellow and a man of high political calling, Dimaku in one of his Facebook posts advised thus:
“Let’s make our ways clean and clear for those behind us to follow without bitterness in their mind. Contribute your quote whenever you are called or opportuned to do so. Ehime Mbano must be great,” he maintained.
