APC Aspirant Urge Court To Stop National Conversation

An Aspirant for the position of National Vice Chairman for South South, All Progressives Congress (APC), Ambassador Fubara Dagogo has gone to Court seeking for the stoppage of the planned Party’s National Convention schedule for March 27, 2026.

This assertion was disclosed to media practitioners through a telephone interaction on the issue of the shotfalls ahead the convention.

Mr. Dagogo who is the Director General of the APC States Assembly forum from South South region narrated that he was blatantly denied the Expression of Interest and Nomination forms by the Party by the APC Convention Committee despite fulfilling all the requirements of the party and payment of compulsory $5.1m .

He further explain that he has no other option than to seek reddres as a foundation member and passionate member of the party.

He also qouted from the case file No. FHC/ABJ/C8/591/2026 dated 13/03/2026 and the adjusted APC 2026 schedule of National Convention.

He claims that his prayers includes a declaration that he is entitled to be issued with Expression of Interest and Nomination forms as aspirant for the position of National Vice Chairman, South South.
