OLD AGE IS NOT EASY – DR. APOKI ***Advises Children To Visit Their Aged Parents and Care for Them. By Ambrose Obioma Okehi (News Emperor)

Dr. Charles APOKI, a social media Inhanser, a pastor and medical doctor has said old age is not an easy thing to go by.

He also has added they in as much as growing is good, one need to plan fur it, take care of himself and be cared for thereby calling on children to always visit and care for their shed parents.

Dr. APOKI made this call through his facebook handler, calling on the old people to really take care of themselves, saying that old age is not easy.

He noted that old age is associated with series of bills, taxes, and Stress.

To him, there are differences between income and expenses. He pointed out that the difference is really small.

The man of God also said that Some people choose not to have children because raising them is expensive.

He queried some children, who don’t normally care for their parents.
“When last did you call your parents?
When last did you visit them?
When last did you send them money?”

For the parents, he advised:
“If your children accommodate you overseas — behave yourself. Don’t interfere in their marriages”.

He gave a personal experiences, he said:
“What helped me is that
I have friends younger than me.
They keep me company.
They help with technology.
They teach me fashion and adjustments,” he opined.

On what will keep them going and living healthy lives, he emphasized.
“Develop new hobbies.
I resurrected my humor. I make comical videos
It gives me joy,” he added.

He pleaded with people mostly the aging parents and particularly younger people to form the habit of saving.

“Develop cash flow systems in your 40s and 50s.
Don’t wait for children to send money.
I keep money in pockets, Bibles, different places.
One day I opened the pages of my Bible and saw $100,” he pleaded.

He further added:
“Be a little selfish.
Sleep well.
Exercise gently.
This vibration machine — 10 minutes daily will help to normalize your— BP”.

“Healthcare, he said , “is expensive.
Injections and monthly drugs are expensive.
Dental care, eyes, knees, hips are all very expensive,” he said.

The social media extriller again talked about the importance of regular exercise.
“Exercise your legs.
If you can’t walk, you become a burden”.

Pastor Apoki urged his followers to Pray this prayer:
“My children will not carry my urine
*They will not carry my poo.
**I will not wear diapers.*
*I will walk erect like Moses.

“Long life is good — but don’t become a burden,” he said.

To the children, he told them.
“Children, please remember your parents at old age because old age is very lonely.

He called on his fans to follow him up or get the highlights from his posts, “As You Get Older… Don’t Be Caught Unaware”.
